The meeting was held at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, with board members, shareholders, and company representatives in attendance. Poll voting was conducted with Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services and Reliance 3P Advisory overseeing the process, and no questions were submitted by shareholders in advance.
