ASTI Holdings Limited has successfully passed a resolution to appoint Mazars LLP as their new auditors during the Extraordinary General Meeting on May 15, 2024. The resolution received overwhelming support with 99.96% of votes in favor. Shareholders were fully entitled to vote as no parties were required to abstain, and the scrutiny of the poll was conducted by Reliance 3P Advisory Pte. Ltd.
