Alexander Coleman has stepped down from his role on AST SpaceMobile, Inc.’s Board of Directors, effective June 19, 2024, without any disputes regarding the company’s operations. Christopher Sambar, a seasoned corporate executive with extensive leadership experience at AT&T, has been appointed in his stead, effective June 20, 2024. Sambar, who has an impressive background including military service as a Navy SEAL, will serve until the next annual stockholders’ meeting. Notably, Sambar has declined compensation for his board service and is set to be AT&T’s director nominee at the upcoming annual meeting, pursuant to an agreement with the company.
