AST SpaceMobile, Inc. has announced significant leadership changes, including the appointment of Scott Wisniewski as President while maintaining his role as Chief Strategy Officer, Andrew M. Johnson as Chief Financial Officer who will also continue as Chief Legal Officer, Shanti Gupta as Chief Operating Officer following his tenure as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, and Maya Bernal as Chief Accounting Officer, now responsible for the company’s principal accounting operations. The former CFO, Sean Wallace, will depart but provide consultancy until the end of November 2024, with no operational disagreements cited. These appointments come with a collective wealth of experience in finance, operations, and legal affairs, bolstering the company’s executive team as it continues to navigate the complexities of the financial markets.
