AssetCo Director’s Firm Buys Shares, Ups Stake

AssetCo (GB:ASTO) has released an update.

AssetCo has announced that investment manager Harwood Capital Limited, associated with Director Christopher Mills, acquired 2,650,000 shares at £0.35 each on July 25, 2024. Post-purchase, Mills’ interest in AssetCo totals 18.3811% of the issued share capital. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange, significantly bolstering Mills’ stake in the company.
