Aspial Lifestyle Limited has announced a proposed renounceable non-underwritten rights issue of up to 311,843,500 new shares at S$0.12 each, allocated on a 1-for-5 basis to qualifying shareholders. The company clarified that shares purchased via CPF Investment Scheme funds must follow CPF rules, with investors needing sufficient CPF Investment Account funds to accept or apply for these rights shares. This rights issue follows previous announcements and is subject to listing and quotation on the SGX-ST’s Catalist Board.
