Aspial Corporation Limited (SG:A30) has released an update.
Aspial Corporation Limited and its subsidiary, Aspial Treasury PTE. LTD., have successfully redeemed and cancelled all outstanding 6.00% notes due in July 2024, as well as all notes under their S$700 million multicurrency debt issuance programme. Following the repayment on the maturity date, no notes remain outstanding, marking a clean slate for the companies’ debt instruments.
