ASL Marine Holdings Ltd. has expanded its share capital with the issuance of 3.3 million new ordinary shares, following the exercise of warrants at S$0.06 each. This increase brings the total number of ordinary shares to 660,342,041, which includes treasury shares. These shares will be listed and start trading on the SGX-ST on April 11, 2024.
