ASL Marine Holdings Ltd. (SG:A04) has released an update.
ASL Marine Holdings Ltd. has announced the issuance of 44,213,500 new ordinary shares following the exercise of equivalent warrants at S$0.06 each, increasing their total number of ordinary shares to 770,638,041. These new shares will be listed and commence trading on the SGX-ST from 9:00 a.m., 6 June 2024, on equal footing with existing shares. There remains a total of 428,271,213 warrants, exercisable at the same price until 23 July 2024.
