ASL Marine Holdings Ltd. has announced an increase in their total number of ordinary shares from 684,774,941 to 687,159,941 after issuing 2,385,000 new shares at S$0.06 each due to warrant exercises. These new shares will be on par with existing ones and are set to be listed and commence trading on the SGX-ST on April 26, 2024.
