ASL Marine Holdings Ltd. (SG:A04) has released an update.
ASL Marine Holdings Ltd. has issued 4,985,000 new ordinary shares following the exercise of equivalent warrants at S$0.06 each, expanding the total number of shares to 665,327,041. These shares are set to be listed and start trading on the Singapore Exchange (SGX-ST) from 16 April 2024. The exercise of warrants also leaves 533,582,213 warrants remaining, with an expiry date of 23 July 2024.
