Askari Metals Limited has announced the termination of Managing Director Gino D’Anna, who will stay on as a non-executive director after a three-week notice period. The company has appointed Stuart Usher as the new Company Secretary and CFO, bringing his extensive experience to strengthen Askari’s strategic operations.
