AsiaPhos Limited has issued a corrigendum to its prior announcement to rectify a typographical error regarding the allowance of over-subscription in the ‘Renounceable Conditions.’ Except for this correction, all other information in the original announcement remains the same. The update was confirmed by the Board and the Company’s Sponsor, without the need for approval by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
