Asian Citrus Holdings Limited has conducted two major transactions involving NVIDIA and Microsoft shares, with a total sell-off of NVIDIA shares bringing in over US$999,000 and an acquisition of Microsoft shares costing around US$720,000. These transactions fall under the discloseable category as per the Listing Rules due to the percentage ratios involved. Post-transaction, the Group holds 800 NVIDIA shares and 3,770 Microsoft shares.
