AsiaInfo Technologies Limited has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held in Hong Kong on October 30, 2024, for stakeholders to vote on the appointment of four new directors, including executive and non-executive positions. Voting for these resolutions will be conducted by poll. Shareholders may appoint proxies to vote on their behalf and must submit their proxy forms ahead of the meeting to be eligible to participate.
