Asia Television Holdings Limited has announced the postponement of its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) originally set for June 26 to July 26, due to changes in the directorate and the withdrawal of a proposed ordinary resolution. Shareholders must register share transfers by July 22 to vote at the rescheduled AGM. Additionally, a new resolution for the election of Mr. Lin Yue Hui as an independent non-executive Director will be proposed at the postponed meeting.
