Ashtead Group plc (GB:AHT) has released an update.
Ashtead Group plc has announced the repurchase of 4,000 of its ordinary shares on April 19, 2024, as part of its ongoing $500 million share repurchase program. The shares were bought back at prices ranging from 5,478 to 5,560 pence per share, with the average price at 5,532 pence. Following the transaction, Ashtead’s total number of ordinary shares in issue is 437,310,744, excluding shares held in Treasury.
