Ashtead Group plc has completed a supplementary shareholder consultation regarding its Directors’ Remuneration Policy and amendments to its Long-Term Incentive Plan, following less than 80% shareholder approval at their recent AGM. After re-engagement with investors, the company found no new concerns and will implement the policy and plan as approved. Ashtead remains committed to ongoing dialogue with shareholders on remuneration issues.
