Ashoka Whiteoak Emerging Markets Trust plc has expanded its market presence by issuing 100,000 new ordinary shares at 112 pence each, which is a premium over the current net asset value. This brings the total issued share capital to 32,831,795 shares with voting rights. Shareholders may use this total to assess changes in their stake according to financial regulations.
