Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust Plc has reported that directors Jamie Skinner and Jerome Booth have respectively purchased 1,792 and 1,812 ordinary shares at 284p per share, using their net directors’ fees for the quarter. Post-acquisition, Skinner’s and Booth’s total shareholdings in the company stand at 100,933 and 85,522 shares. These transactions occurred on 28 June 2024 and were conducted on the London Stock Exchange.
