Ashmore Group PLC has announced the vesting and sale of shares by its directors, Mark Coombs and Tom Shippey. Coombs’ 427,020 share awards vested with no further financial transaction involved, whereas Shippey vested 163,330 shares and sold 76,766 shares at £1.782 each. Additionally, Shippey transferred 86,564 shares to Antonia Fay Shippey, a person closely associated.
