Aseana Properties Limited, a Malaysian property developer listed on the London Stock Exchange, has announced the appointment of Dato Dr Thong Kok Cheong and Clare Mariam Binti Muhiudeen as directors. The appointments are effective immediately, following the successful completion of the required KYC procedures in Jersey.
