Ascott Residence Trust (SG:HMN) has released an update.
CapitaLand Ascott Trust has issued over 5.5 million new stapled securities to its REIT and BT Trustee-Managers as payment for acquisition fees related to recent property acquisitions in Indonesia, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. The issued securities are part of the managers’ entitlement under the respective trust deeds, amounting to 1.0 percent of the enterprise value of each acquisition.
