Ascot Resources Ltd. has announced a C$5.0 million non-brokered private placement to finance its 2024 exploration program at the Premier Gold Project in British Columbia. The placement will offer over 6 million common shares at C$0.83 each as flow-through shares, with tax benefits for purchasers to be renounced by the end of 2024. The successful closure of the offering, slated for mid-2024, hinges on regulatory approvals, including from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
