Ascot Resources Ltd. has initiated a C$20 million financing deal through the sale of flow-through and hard dollar units, aiming to fund the development of its Premier Gold Mine and general corporate activities. The offering includes the opportunity for underwriters to purchase additional securities, with the closure expected by July 25, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.
