Ascential (GB:ASCL) has released an update.
Ascential plc has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 100,000 Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 334.00 to 338.00 GBp, with the volume-weighted average price per share at 335.91 GBp. The acquired shares are set to be cancelled, consequently reducing the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue to 203,987,612 and maintaining this as the total voting rights count. These buyback activities are part of Ascential’s previously announced Share Buyback Programme, as part of their ongoing capital management strategy.
