Ascent Resources PLC has invested in GNG Partners LLC for onshore US midstream gas distribution and processing, including helium purification and liquefaction, marking a strategic move into the lucrative US gas and global helium markets. To fund this investment and propel its new US onshore strategy, the company has raised approximately $1.7 million through equity fundraising and loan note issuance. This financial move coincides with board changes, including the appointment of industry veterans David Bullion and Edouard Etienvre, positioning Ascent for anticipated growth in natural gas and helium demand.
