Asara Resources Ltd, an ASX listed exploration company specializing in mineral projects across West Africa and South America, announced the successful passing of resolutions at its General Meeting. The company’s focus is on expanding the Mineral Resource Estimate of its flagship Kada Gold Project in Guinea, which has significant potential for further discovery. Furthermore, Asara is aiming to divest from its other projects to concentrate on the Kada Gold Project, which boasts over 923K ounces of gold.
