Aruma Resources Limited has announced a significant change in director Brett Smith’s interests, where he acquired 4,432,500 performance rights through indirect holdings after shareholder approval on August 1, 2024. The change, effective from August 30, 2024, keeps 1,000,000 unlisted options unchanged but adds considerable performance rights to his indirect interest via New Generation Exploration Pty Ltd.
