Artisanal Spirits Awards Shares to Incentivize Growth

Artisanal Spirits Company PLC (GB:ART) has released an update.

The Artisanal Spirits Company, known for its unique whiskies and owner of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, has awarded 1,282,848 options to key employees and directors as part of its Long Term Incentive Plan. The options, exercisable at 0.25 pence each, aim to incentivize performance and are vested based on criteria including share price, revenue, and EBITDA targets. Following the grant, there are now 5,360,862 share options representing 7.60% of the company’s share capital.
