Artisanal Spirits Announces New Advisory Partner

Artisanal Spirits Company PLC (GB:ART) has released an update.

The Artisanal Spirits Company PLC, known for its unique, limited-edition whiskies and owner of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, has announced a change in its Nominated Adviser and Broker to Panmure Liberum Limited after the merger of Liberum Capital Limited and Panmure Gordon Group Limited. The Edinburgh-based company, which recently acquired Single Cask Nation and expanded its J.G. Thomson brand, reported a revenue of £23.5 million in FY23, with a strong international presence and a direct-to-consumer e-commerce model that accounts for 90% of its revenue.
