Artience Co., Ltd. has acquired 175,400 common shares as treasury shares for a total value of 663,704,494 yen during September 2024, following a resolution passed by their Board of Directors on August 9, 2024, to purchase up to 4.5 million shares. The acquisition represents part of a larger buy-back plan to purchase shares worth up to 10 billion yen by August 2025.
