Arteris ( (AIP) ) has shared an announcement.
Arteris, Inc. has appointed Joachim Kunkel, with an extensive background in software and intellectual property, to its Board of Directors as a Class II director and Compensation Committee member, effective September 16, 2024. Kunkel, who has served in various roles at Synopsys, Inc. since 1994 and co-founded CADIS GmbH, will receive a prorated annual retainer and an initial stock award for his contributions. His term will last until the 2026 annual meeting of stockholders, unless he leaves his position earlier.
