Artemis Gold Inc. successfully held its Annual General Meeting with a strong shareholder turnout, where all director nominees were elected and key proposals, such as the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor and the re-approval of the Company’s rolling omnibus incentive plan, were passed with an overwhelming majority. The company continues its focus on the Blackwater Mine project, which is anticipated to commence gold and silver production in Q4 2024.
