Arta TechFin Corporation Limited has announced changes to its board, with Mr. Lo Chun Yu Toby resigning as an independent non-executive Director and from the Remuneration Committee, effective 28 May 2024, and Mr. Zhang Guangying taking over the roles. Additionally, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar and transfer office will transition to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited on 26 June 2024. Mr. Zhang brings over 30 years of international banking experience to his new position.
