Arrowroot Acquisition Corp. successfully convened a Special Meeting, where nearly 97% of its voting power was represented, to approve a series of proposals related to its merger with iLearningEngines. The key proposals included adopting the merger agreement, amending organizational documents, and setting up new equity and stock purchase plans. All proposals received overwhelming support, with the merger leading to iLearningEngines becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Arrowroot. The outcomes, confirming stockholder approval for each proposed item, signal a green light for the business combination and the subsequent corporate actions, aligning the future of both entities.
