Arrow Minerals Limited has announced a change in Director Jeff Dowling’s interests, signaling increased confidence as Dowling acquires an additional 20 million ordinary shares at $0.005 each. The acquisition occurred through participation in Tranche 2 Placement following shareholder approval. Post-transaction, Dowling’s indirect holdings via Starwood Holding Pty Ltd include 100 million unlisted options and now 20 million ordinary shares.
