Arrow Minerals Limited has announced a significant change in the holdings of Director Alwyn Petrus Vorster, who has acquired 20 million additional ordinary shares at $0.005 each, under the Tranche 2 Placement approved by shareholders. This acquisition has increased Vorster’s indirect holdings in the company, through Vorster Super Pty Ltd, to 120 million ordinary shares, while maintaining his direct holdings at over 9 million shares. The adjustment in Director Vorster’s interest reflects continued confidence in the firm’s prospects.
