Arras Minerals Corp. has upsized its non-brokered private placement financing to C$5.2 million due to strong demand from shareholders, offering up to 20 million units at C$0.26 each. Each unit includes one common share and a half warrant, which allows the purchase of an additional share at C$0.40 within three years. The offering is expected to close on June 4, 2024, following TSX Venture Exchange approval and will adhere to U.S. resale restrictions.
