This amendment adjusts the variety of furnace products the buyer will purchase, alters the maximum yearly quantities available, and refines the monthly ordering processes. Additionally, it updates the compensation terms for instances when the buyer’s purchases fall below specified thresholds. This strategic move aims to enhance the partnership’s operations and efficiency.
