Armata Pharmaceuticals (ARMP) has shared an update.
Mina Pastagia, M.D., has amended her employment terms with Armata Pharmaceuticals, reflecting her role as Chief Medical Officer since January 2023 and a base salary of $456,800. Starting in fiscal year 2024, she’s set for a 50% target annual bonus based on performance, with the potential for additional equity grants beginning in 2025. Should her employment end without cause or for good reason, she’s entitled to a year’s salary continuation, provided she adheres to certain conditions post-termination.
