Armadale Capital PLC, an AIM-quoted investment company focused on African natural resource projects, has announced its intention to delist from AIM and re-register as a private limited company. The company believes the move will reduce regulatory burdens and costs that are not justified at their current stage of development. A general meeting is scheduled for October 31, 2024, to seek shareholder approval for these changes.
