Armadale Capital’s Technical Director, Matt Bull, has recently increased his stake in the company, subscribing for over 14 million new ordinary shares at 0.7 pence each and acquiring the same number of warrants, with each warrant allowing the purchase of an additional share at 1.2 pence within the next 36 months. This transaction has boosted Bull’s total ownership to approximately 9.4% of the company’s voting rights. The financial community may view these actions as a sign of confidence from a key executive in the company’s future prospects.
