Arizona Sonoran Copper Co., Inc. has strengthened its executive team by appointing Nick Hayduk as VP Corporate Development, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Hayduk brings over two decades of legal expertise in the mining sector to the role, where he will be instrumental in advancing the company’s copper development projects. He takes over from Rita Adiani, who is credited with guiding the company through its successful IPO and will be leaving after a transitional period.
