Arizona Metals Corp. has filed a final short form prospectus for its $25 million bought deal public offering of common shares, with underwriters exercising an over-allotment option to raise total gross proceeds to over $27 million. The offering is set to close around December 20, 2024, with conditional approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
