Arima Real Estate Completes Capital Reduction

Arima Real Estate SOCIMI SA (ES:ARM) has released an update.

Arima Real Estate SOCIMI SA has completed a capital reduction and modification of its Corporate Bylaws, reducing its share capital by 24,464,350 euros through the redemption of 2,446,435 shares. The remaining share capital now stands at 259,829,410 euros, with plans to delist the redeemed shares from multiple Spanish stock exchanges and cancel their records with the securities registration company Iberclear.
