Ariana Resources PLC, an AIM-listed mineral exploration and development company, has announced a General Meeting for shareholders to discuss a proposed Acquisition by Merger with Rockover Holdings Limited. The meeting is scheduled for June 26, 2024, at the prestigious East India Club in London. Shareholders will vote on the merger, which is part of the company’s strategy to expand its portfolio, including ongoing projects in gold and copper in Europe and Africa.
