Ariana Resources PLC has successfully completed the merger of its subsidiaries Zenit and Pontid in Türkiye, consolidating its gold project interests. The merger has no effect on Ariana’s 23.5% stake in the assets, which include the advanced mines and projects Kiziltepe, Tavsan, and Salinbas. Production remains strong with approximately 8,500 ounces of gold and 66,300 ounces of silver generated by the end of June.
