Ariana Resources (GB:AAU) has released an update.
Ariana Resources PLC has successfully completed an all-share merger with Rockover Holdings Limited, expanding its gold project interests across Africa and Europe, including the largest undeveloped gold project in Zimbabwe. The merger has resulted in the addition of new board members with extensive experience in the mining industry. Shareholders now have a new figure of 1,834,181,326 Ordinary Shares with voting rights to use as a denominator for interest notification calculations under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
