Ariana Resources (GB:AAU) has released an update.
Ariana Resources PLC, an AIM-listed mining company, has successfully passed a shareholder resolution for an all-share merger with Rockover Holdings Limited, with completion expected on June 28, 2024. The merger will result in the issuance of over 687 million new shares and the appointment of new directors, Nicholas Graham and Andrew du Toit. The merger is anticipated to expand Ariana’s gold project interests in Africa and Europe, enhancing its portfolio and market presence.
